Back on the Chocolate Block. So here’s a snap of the Salsa Verdi instead. Around 50% of the ingredients came from the garden. The rest came from M&S and Sainsbury’s. It was delicious.

Absolutely fantastic orchestra playing Star Wars,Indy,ET.. all sorts! Bar,obviously, which was run by a chap I know....

Drinking one of my 2024 Barleywines that I bottled a few months ago to check the carbonation. 10.2% ABV. Tastes fine, but concerned about the amount of head it has. Will check again in a few months.

That makes sense now I was googling TE trying to work out is this some kind of new style that has completely passed in by. Although in my defence I had a few pints of my own TE IPA by that point.

I know it’s early but just having a beer whilst brewing a Red IPA and this is rather nice. I’ve had a few session NEIPA’s and I don’t think they work just too thin, this is a healthy 7.2%
