This is Dark Rock Malvern Pale. A bit hoppy for me so I am acccompanying it with strongly flavoured snacks which counteract it well.

I had a nice verdant ipa lined up next but I have just found the wife drinking it. I didn't want to miss the football so grabbed a quick pull of the German pils that went on tap yesterday, a bit hazy but got some promise.

For some reason this keg doesn't appear that black, more reddy brown

It's an easy drinking beer but it's got a taste that I can't place and it's annoying more. More I taste it, the more I think it's a fault.
