No it's not sweet at all, i would drink over Leffe

The 10 is a bit smoother than the 12 but the 12 has more depth of flavour and the colour is darker in the 12 compared to the 10. The black bush has a very distinct flavour. I could tell the difference in age due to colour I think.

I used to like Leffe when I was first trying different beer 25 years ago
too sweet now..darker versions are ok.
Sampling some fruit sour I just kegged.
It's fruity and nicely sour (refreshing but not screwface). Final pH was 3.4 so not quite Rennies territory.

Last night was stout all the way. Today I’m also starting with a stout.

Another stout. Simple ad-hoc BBQ with burgers, bangers, and drumsticks. This is the requisite quantity of meat for two people, right?

First up in the Sun is my new Bitter.
Still! not totally bright.

Swapped usual hops (Progress) for Bramling Cross and EKG. Fermented under pressure as left it at room temp, but it's very clean (despire it getting quite warm at points).
My photography is ****, but it's a clear deep copper. This was with the half priced Crisp malts from GEB, tap water, and a pack of Beòir I won at NAB so was basically free.
