Do you mind sharing the recipe, I just put some wyeast 1469 on the stir plate. The plan was to brew a bitter but I could maybe brew an Irish red ale

Swap Fuggles for the hop of your choice. That brew got an Honourable Mention in LAB ‘22.
I think the best version of it that I actually brewed was an improv user upper using S-04 and Citra, but the base recipe has stayed the same until I put one on nitro.

I have tried a few from the range.

We went to an Italian restaurant tonight and had wine with the meal. Back at the brewery having a Pale Ale and thinking about a porter next maybe.

Having a very nice pacific pale ale from the shed. Tasting great.

An Axe Edge for me an experimental hop for the better half CF374 and biscuits for the dogs.

I’m having that porter and it’s quite fruity. I’d probably have said this was a Black IPA if the bottle didn’t say porter. Hops are Fuggles and Rakau.

I’ve not seen one of these before, an Imperial Red IPA. It’s 9% and hopped using Sorachi Ace, Centennial, and Motueka. It tastes like my own DIPA but with toffee notes.
