This is the beer that caught my interest in Sainsburys, cost was £4 I think. It has that mildly herbal piney vibe you get from Equanot hops along with lemon and orange citrus underpinned by slightly sweet malt and alcohol and with a dry finish.

Are you picking up the sorachi ace hop. Normally it tastes like dill to me

Doorly's white rum with freshly squeezed oranges. Takes us right back to a holiday on the Cayman isles. We arrived at 6:30pm but our luggage didn't but the friends we were staying with said 'We'll sort that out tomorrow - the bars open'. Spent the next few hours drinking white rum and orange out of coconuts at a beach side bar. Her indoors was a bit delicate the next day.

Maybe. There is something I’m not sure about. It could be dill maybe but not strong.

The aeroplane actually, P-51 Mustang: American made, British engine, designed by a German - my excuses for the range of American, British and German hops, malts and yeast used to make this American style

It was a very nice beer. A bil like the rattle and rum but not as artificial tasting.

I’ve started a new keg of best bitter. It could do with a little extra carbonation maybe but still tastes good.

My Hefeweizen. Kept it outside to chill. Was only about 8degc here today.
Tastes better than it did when it was kegged and is now actually quite good.

I've got a big pile of big, thick tree branches and trunks that have been in the garage for about 8 years. They should be nicely dried out. So time to convert them to logs for the fire.
