Sounds (and looks) really nice. @matt76 I'd be interested in the recipe. Already got two brews in planning but this could be #3.American Amber, kindly sent to me by @matt76, and poured during half time. Brilliant job . Loads of caramel aroma and flavour with just enough chocolatey roast to balance the sweetness and dry out the finish. Thanks for sharing it, it’s helping take the edge off a very tense game

It’s very complex. Lots of malt taste followed up with a big bitter hop hit and then finishes very boozy. Nearly flat and 1 is enough.What's it like John. Seen them in Gee's

I bought it in Sainsbury's. It’s a more roasty version of landlord, somewhere between a dark mild and a porter. Quite light bodied but has nice flavour.I like TT Landlord but have never seen the dark version i will have to see if i can get it here.
Thanks Matt. I might reduce the mash time a bit but looks interesting. I use Spotless water so should be able to hit the profile. Going to add the ingredients to my next shop.
