Great news TESCO Extra in the next town had some (the Express store in my town still didn't have any) so i am looking forward to giving it a try later, this is the first beer i have seen in a 750ml bottle it looks a bit odd sat next to the 500ml bottles in the fridge.

Not a soul on the beach today apart from family and the dogs.
Funny mix of sun and light showers but we swam anyway, quick dip for me but the others don't seem to feel the cold !
Now enjoying a Duvel and listening to the birdsong in the beautiful garden where we're staying.

I drank a fair bit of that last year on holiday in Menorca. Very decent stuff.

I’m heading off to Cyprus tomorrow so today I’ve cleaned my beer lines and taken everything off tap. I do have bottles though and picked out this selection for tonight. I might not drink them all because I’ve already been up the pub and enjoyed a couple of pints of Trigger on cask from the Musket Brewery.

Last beer of the night is American Amber from @samale .

Really good Amber this one
Nice hoppy aroma, smells like a sweaty Mosiac aroma with a bit of citrus and pine.
Flavours are not as strong but it's nice and crisp and dry with appropriate hop levels.. toasty with citrus and pine.
I would happily drink this all night

Back home now and back to my homebrew. A glass of my "Pointy" pilsner, so named by my kids after they "helped" me brew it. There was a lot of pointing going on, hence the name.

Having a Poretti at the airport not had it before. Poretti opened his brewery in 1877 and today his iconic brewery is still there. However ours is brewed by Carlsberg in Wolverhampton, not quite as romantic.
