Sorry, forgot it was bottle conditioned, some of the yeast ended in the glass so probably would have been crystal.
Lovely dark copper colour, nice head on pouring.
Aroma - toasty with mild roast. Flavour of toasted crust, toffee and roast again. Easy drinking, medium carbonation. Easily have a couple of pints of these👍🏼🍺 nice beer. Not something I drink often so nice to try something different.

Where did you get the name from?
My Aunt's holiday home in rural France had that name, Galipette, until she found out not only did it mean 'leapfrog, or forward roll' but could also mean 'a quick roll in the hay' if you get my drift 😉.
So she took the sign off her cottage. 😄
