First pour of ‘Dearg’ my nitro Irish Red.
(Dearg is Irish for red, but I also discovered that 70:30 is dear gas compared to CO2. It seemed appropriate)

Had a neighbour round a while ago so we had a couple of beers in the garden. I had a Czech lager and a Munich Helles. Now having another Helles.
This latest batch of bitter is lovely, hops were target and cascade uk

Wanted to try this bad boy for a while, founded it on Trembling Madness.
High noble hop aroma, matched I. The flavour..super smooth bitterness (apparently 45ibu )

Finally gave in to temptation. Nitrosurge cans were on offer in my local offie. It’s destined for the holiday home, but I thought I’d check it out. I’m actually quite impressed!

Lovely colourProgress check...my Belgium dubble recently bottled. Coming along nicely. Need to leave this alone to mature a bit, but not bad
I find the hardest thing to do with a tasty beer is leave it for months to mature. Especially when you know how tasty it is!

Just finished brewing for the day and sat down with a Best Bitter. Suddenly dark clouds appear and it’s like someone turned out the sun! Never mind, my gazebo has curtains so I’ll cocoon myself in and pretend I’m camping (with a particularly handy pub close by

Best bitter just kicked while pouring another pint. Luckily I have one ready to go on tap and one waiting to be kegged after 15 days in the fermentation cabinet. Perfect timing!

I’m having a post-brew day lager of unknown style from @Broken Toe that didn’t land in time for this months comp. It would have scored very well. Great clarity and carbonation, crisp and dry. Nice balance of a light malt flavours and an elegant hops. I’m going to guess Czech or German Pils
