Really looking forward to trying this beer. Rosemary and Simcoe IPA from @Leon103
Nice looking pint, good clarity.
Aroma is dominated with the rosemary but you do get some grapefruit in the background. Really interesting and I keep going back to smell it again
The flavour is similar but I would say the rosemary is more balanced and play's well with the citrus and pine.
Love trying new beers, this is well made. Not a beer you are going to drink pint after pint but it's very interesting as a one of.
Cheers Leon

First off and first sample of a best bitter, this was bottled on 23rd September conditioned out the back. Clear and bright with a roof of the mouth bitterness. Excellent example.

Another sample of my Bass, 23/10 bottling day. Not clone but similar. Still young with a little sweetness, yeast not finished conditioning. I just hope I don't finish them before Christmas.

Tail end sample from bottling my first Czech Pilsner attempt from March (this sample after putting through coffee filters).
The two matured polypin casks it was in had started to suck back on pouring.
To prevent spoilage I have primed and bottled, after mixing in a third polypin. 10 pints in all.
The taster is a little 'rich' due to the priming invert. added.
Otherwise tastes fine so far. 🍻

I'm now "relaxing" with a Vienna lager. I've had a traumatic day. Thursday last week the first fix of my log burner and rad move was done with the floor and wall to be tiled starting today. The tiler, who I'd booked months ago and confirmed a few times, turned up this morning two hours late, said he needed to go get something then txt me a load of crap saying he couldn't do the job...
So,then I was in a right mood but on visiting my parents my dad told me of a tiler who lived in the village. I took a chance and went and knocked his door, initially he couldn't help til next week but came round to my house to look at what needed doing. While here his phone rang saying the job he was on was delayed for the rest of the week. Result! He's coming in the morning!
And....relax.
