Brewed this Mosaic & Citra Verdant IPA back in July.
Somehow this keg has escaped my attention for a while
so getting reaquainted !

Seems a bit darker than expected. It's nice enough but I wouldn't buy again.

Moved the kegs around earlier and this is slightly hazy

Here's Aldi's one. Came to the same conclusion as you did about the Lidl one.

It was nice enough for just over a quid but there is another in lidl that is nicer

Tonight was not a good one for dark beers. First was a can of Guinness Cold Filtered Coffee Beer, shared with my daughter. Down the sink it went. Pretty rank, tasted like a fairly bland stout with a load of coffee grounds chucked in.

A bit better was the Milk Stout from Aldi, brewed by Black Sheep, so expectations were high, along the lines of a smooth, slightly sweet, easy-drinking stout with subtle flavour. Sadly not, too much harsh stuff going on but at least I finished it.

Am now on a glass of spouse's supermarket vin rough to take the taste away.
