Did you wake up in the middle of the night and think I know, this might workWild plum wine blended with keeved cider and aged in Islay whisky barrels.

I'd love to have but I'm happy brewing Porters and hoppy Ales for now. Would love to make some cider one day though.Ahh I thought you’d come up with it.
It's a nice easy drinker, hopped with harlequin and Nelson. My beer stock is poor at the min. Just the Saison and Italian pilsner on tap.Just finished a very nice easy drinking Saison from @samale . Had a same sort of profile.as the last saison you sent me. Think this one was a little nicer and more balanced.. definitely easy drinking which is always a good sign for the style. Maybe be the same batch but this one tasted better from memory . Good looking beer
