I have here 1/2 a shot of Southern Comfort and 1/2 a shot of dark rum, with 100ml of ginger beer and 100ml of pineapple juice over ice. It’s blinking nice! More juice next time though and less ginger.

Checking out a bottle of the Cascade & Citra APA I made at the end of May - gave a few to workmates
after leaving a site on friday and hoping carbonation was okay after some hot weather !
All seems well - nice head and lacing with citrus and pine, bitter finish at 44 IBU.

Just finished a lovely hazy pale from @Hoddy . Strong aroma of pineapple, silky but a nice level of smooth bitterness that makes it really morish.
Flavours are spicy mango/stone fruit..winner of unity/hop addition comp this weekend and I can taste why..top job actually looks paler in the flesh

Razorback IPA, just poured the first one, looks a bit dark.

Imperial Stout from a small brewery near La Rochelle, France.
Aged in bordeaux barrels.
Pretty good beer.

Last one tonight, last time I had this was in a local pub on draught and it was so good, the 61 deep is the so called depth of the well the water is drawn from it is a nice drink
