Short brewed Wherry kit at 4 months. It's been hit and miss on the bottles, some had an off taste. Particularly the ones I dry hopped were awful and were drain pours but this one is really good, the best so far.

This is only in the bottle a week but I had put 1 into a pet bottle to check carbonation And it was rock hard so I put it in the fridge to check and it’s spot on so need to put in garage for a few weeks now. But it’s a lovely colour and will be lovely when it’s had a chance to condition. It’s nice as it is a Northern brown ale.

Friday night in St Anton.
Only beer with any flavour available (from Munich) ,
Requests after 'Craft beer' were met with a shake of the head or a 'what' ?
Stiegl Hels just doesn't satisfy and I'm not a great fan of Weissbier.
The best of them though is the Pauliner as found in the Mooserwirt.
Home to Bitter and Pale Ales tomorrow, BA allowing if their IT system does not crash (again).

It’s got a nice ruby tinge to it and packs a punch at 7.2%. One of my covid brews,brewed on 2nd feb

No, that was using a control-flow tap and a fairly slow pour. This beer would be more at home at a foam-party! I might see if I can tame it with a longer length of beer line tomorrow.
