Well it's a bit chilly out so asked 'er indoors to help me get a few beers to save journeys ( and get sympathy for me to get keezer brought into house 🤣 ). So left to right, IPA 1 week in keg, porter conditioned and stout 1 week in keg

You're not giving them a chance....just skip the kegging and swill them straight out the fv.
 
Haven't got a pic, but jim is having one of his citra and centennial IPA's. We've diagnosed the funny smell as diacetyl we think, The corn smell is coming out. It's not undrinkable though. Actually quite nice if you ignore the diac.

Diacetyl is buttery and a product from incomplete fermentation, DMS is corn and comes from insufficient boiling of the wort or slow chilling to pitching temp.
