Hi Jkay yes one of my own Brewfather just use any yeast and hops of your choice
Recently, I’ve done Fuggles/Windsor and Citra/S-04. I’ve got EKG/WLP004 fermenting at the minute.
Windsor is just wrong, god knows what I was thinking that brew. Fuggles trumps Citra all day long, but brew no.2 was a user upper and turned out pretty good. Brew no,3 is a dry run for LAB but based on trial jar samples so far, WLP004 and Fuggles seems to be the 40-point+ competition combination I’m hoping for.

Hi Alastair, i am going fuggles challenger next with cml Beior yeast

I have these i may leave the King goblin until tomorrow as at 6.6% its the strongest, i think Old Peculier to start followed by the Tribute which i haven't had for a while then probably a glass or three of my home made wine to finish the night.

Happy days. ;)
