Having a pint of Mosaic and Cascade APA while I'm brewing an American amber ale.
I forgot I filled a 2L bottle when I emptied the keg to make room for my Cali Common, it's been sat in the fridge for 2 weeks.

A friend gave me a bottle of his 10% Belgian Quad to try. It's good gear, doesn't taste strong, lovely toffee notes and my head is buzzing after one, better dilute it with some of my 6% smash

Brewing another stout as the one in the keg is going down a treat. Using up some bramling cross and fuggles. With magnum for bittering
It’s a record for me 2 brews in a week.

Stainless Steel?
You need cobalt or tungsten carbide tipped drills.

I 'accidentally' had an 11% imperial stout from Omnipollo that went down so easily I forgot to take a photo.

Now onto a only slightly more sensible 7% IPA from Brew York

After last night's ribbing I thought that I would open a bottle conditioned beer.
Even that hasn't held condition!
Bottled last April, Century-old bottle and stopper. Not surprising really.
Tasty Light/Pale Ale though, just no fizz.
Just the way I like it, really.

Found this in Aldi this morning.. dry hopped French beer..5.5%. not much info than that I was curious

It's lagerish, carbonated like a lager..malty due to the Abv but fairly dry. European hop character. Not bad for £2.99 for 750ml

Brugse Zot Belgian Blonde Ale.

With the obvious caveat that the Belgians are tremendous at Blonde Ale, this one is absolutely delicious. Already gutted I only bought 1.
