It's been ages since i've posted so I thought i'd better redeem myself :beer1:

Decided to open something very very special... @Pennine 's 'Everything Good in The World' Impy stout, now a vintage ale after being lovingly stored in the back of my brew fridge for a good two years!

This is sensational, big and chewy, chocolate, coffee… mmmm….

I am pure jealous 😏
That is one fine beer

Wind and rain are getting worse and the beer shed is half way down the garden so braved another Belgian but not sure if I want to do it again. So stocked the utility room fridge with a few bought beers from the brew fridge and will see how it plays out. But I really want a stout so might do the boots coat and glass in pocket thing again lol

Hi all, back in a little subdued way.
Aged mother passed away early in the New Year.
'Nuff said.
So it's a small Bitter to commence with.
How long are polypin cask ales supposed to last?
This was the user upper from 11th Oct. Racked to the garage 11 days later.
Still a fine tasting ale.
Sorry to hear about your mum, bud. Wife and I have lost both our parents now. Big hole in our lives.
