Mosaic pale. This beer was keg hopped with Citra and has become quite zingy. It also has a beautiful light golden colour. I like it.

It was supposed to be a Pale Ale with my locally harvested hops.
Well, the hops part was achieved.
Unfortunately I had difficulty back then (stove-top brewed 08 Feb '21) holding back on the Crystal malt.
But it is still tasty.
But perhaps not good enough as a present for the landowner where the hops grow.
Good thing I checked it out.
🍺🤪

After spending 24 hours stuck in Frankfurt trying to return from Geneva after 2 canceled flights, it is with great relief that I am at home beside a nice warm wood burning stove enjoying a lovely Pamela Anderson Ale 🍺

Royal mail are keeping my santa beers for another day so continuing with my own selection.

Two from pollys and both from morrisons. These 2 are amazing supermarket beer ms with satin pattern being the best and probably the best supermarket pale around.

Are you sure? My recollection of the lass is that she wasn't as flat as that! 😂
