Just had a couple of bourbon imperials as my last taste of bottle conditioned vs nitro kegged. The feedback from that is fairly short and mostly confirmed the feedback from two weeks ago.

Now a pint of Mosaic Pale as light relief from imperials and porters.

I haven't timed my Christmas beers well at all. Just checked my kegs, I have been heavy handed with the American amber and the porter. Both kegs are very light, I do have a coffee porter and Belgian strong ale ready in the fermenters.
So that leaves my Belgian single and this hazy pale in the kegs

Lovely looking pint. Aroma of mild caramel but this is such a clean beer. I could quite happily have a quiet 10 pints of this some night. Has put the style on my to do list. Quality beer, excellent example of the style. Can't fault it. Might hit you up for the recipe, mate. Kudos.
