I had this earlier. Belgian pale from @dave_77. I am still under the weather but I enjoyed this. Carbonation on the light side, Belgian yeast character is on the lower side for the style. I had Leon Belgian last week, both very different.

I'm glad you say the yeast character is low as that was the plan, I still thought it was still very noticeable in comparison to Taras Boulba in a side by side. Got some adjustments on the malt(my beer is on right) and hop bitterness lingered a little longer than my version. The yeast was 50/50 T-58 & CML common yeast to try and mellow the Belgian character, for a cheap dry yeast combination I'm happy with the profile

Very nice beer, would make a nice summer drink.

but for my mums illness I would have been born in Wrexham but I was born in Chester and brought up in in Cheshire so I’m an England fan.
