I was psissed off doing biab in a 35l and having to top up to get the volume I wanted so went big. It’s room enough to do an impy and not worry about volume
Can do 10kg grain and get 22l into fermenter.

Kveik Pale Ale.
I have this on keg also, but it tastes better from the bottle.

Lager malt, honey malt with centenial and cascade hops.
Almosts tastes like orange juice.

Head is poor though

A couple of stubby's of Coopers sparkling ale, followed by a long neck of London Pride clone followed by my ordinary bitter. While some folk struggle with pH, mash temperatures and boil, for me getting the carbonation right in British beers was the hardest.

Something you may find interesting from Keg Land

Hey guys. We are looking to manufacture a can filling machine that will fill can's automatically. So you would just load the can into the machine and press a button and it will fill to the desired level.

We are wondering if we connect this device to the internet or not via our RAPT portal. To connect it to the internet the additional electronics would cost about AUD$10 extra.

I don't think it's very valuable to have a can filler connected to the internet but it would keep track of your canning speed (cans per minute), number of fills, average fill time, it could even log the temperature of the beer during the filling process. It also means we might be able to release new firmware if we find ways to improve the operation of the machine.

So the question to you guys is would you rather:

1. Can filling machine without internet connectivity for $100
2. Can filling machine with internet connectivity for $110

A home made one.

If upgradable firmware is a genuine option then I can see the point of internet connectivity, if not then the other options don't seem relevant at a homebrew level.

Back home so giving my latest Golden Ale it’s first taste.
Lovely and clear, condensation on the glass. This is the first time I’ve tried keg hopping wow that’s powerful.

Couple of new beers kindly sent by @samale .
First one is a.golden ale, don't know much about this one or should I say I may have been told but I can't remember so other than I know it's 5.5%.....i know nothing..
Straw colour with good head retention and appropriate carbonation.
Aroma is bready with a honey and fruit from hops.
Low to medium body with a nice bitterness..nice and drinkable. hops give a English berry flavour with a little spice
Overall a nice drinkable golden ale. Thanks for sharing

Trying the Saison now, but lively for the first pour. I like this now, the sweetness from the orange has eased and the coriander comes through now a bit, think I’ll drop the amount of orange a bit next time though.
