My nitro reg arrived today so the Beamish got kegged and is now carbing in the fridge. Those beer mix gas cylinders are SERIOUS! 10KG and about 120cm tall.

I’ll call off the intervention!

A half of my just kegged Opus DIPA … which at 8.0% and 88 IBU is oooh I quite like this.

Siren mixed case luck dip.
Gluten free session IPA, and it’s very good. I thought that gluten wasn’t much of an issue with malted barley, but then I don’t have Coeliac disease.

A nice glass of French white with food.

Been putting new tyres and brakes on the gravel bike. Brought a pilsner in to keep me lubricated. Only one or I would put the tyres on the wrong way.

Just got to Cornwall. Was a bit of a slog through bad traffic and bad weather so our usual 6 hour drive turned into 10. Time for a beer but feeling a bit weary for going out so popped into Sainsburys down the road and picked these up. Starting with the Porthleven from Skinners Brewery.

Pilsners are magic, I have been going between italian, Czech and German pils regularly the last 6 months or so. You have staropramen availble I would definitely be sinking those if I could.

Wish I could learn to make a good pils...

Having a first taste of my Munich Dunkel. Only been in the bottle 1 week but I think this is going to go fast. Light carbonation at the moment, lovely malty flavour and a hint of hops. I'm impressed fir such a young beer, and my first attempt.

Normally I wouldn't say much negatives about Brewdog- but this is a tasteless, unflavoured mehh beer

Tonight while milling my grain, one long neck of IPA followed by a long neck of ordinary bitter, or two.

Then a pint of Devon Cove Pale with Burts Crips which are lovely.
