Had an early start today. some champagne with brunch.

Followed by a couple of bottles of whatever beer my dad was feeding my whilst in the pool.

Just got back from a family bbq in rhe country park.

For me - Duration Good Times, American light lager and home made summer Berry cider. Now do I have a beer before the shower?

You've already got wet!

The highlight of the drinking day was in the afternoon. Went off with the younger daughter to sunny Rotherhithe to watch Fisher FC vs Sutton Common Rovers in the Extra Preliminary Round of the FA Cup. The football wasn't the best part of the outing (0-0) but The Angel was a real find.

Sitting by the Thames on a hot day but with a beautiful cool breeze while drinking Sam Smith's was glorious.

Had a second taste of my no-chill wheat beer, It suffers a bit by being a tad under-powered (as noted on the thread), but I split the batch up into 'plain', flavoured with coriander, and flavoured with tangerine peel. Just tried a coriander one, and that seems spot-on in terms of the amount of coriander, just enough. So pleased with that. I'll know what to do the next time, that's the main thing.
