Now this is really quite nice 😊, soft red berry fruit, a bit if chocolate, and almost a ‘cola’ flavour. I could get a taste for this.

I'm camping down that area of the country in a couple if weeks. Hadn't crossed my mind to look for some local beers..I must be suffering in the heat😂 Will check some out now 👍.

Whew, that's a scorcher over.
My brewing thermometers read 42°C
at 1515 this pm in the shade under SWMBOd's gardening table in her vegetable area of the garden.
The temp. has dropped 14C since then.
54° lager, brilliant and BBE 31.03.2021.
And now it's raining big warm blobs.

Wheat always seems to clear beers for me. This is the Citra/Mosaic wheat ale. Oddly enough I have 20 bottles and the hops are fading fast.

my last 2 Witbier the keg version dropped crystal within a few weeks .
Just brewed American wheat that's in the keg carbing and I used American ale 2 again because the last 2 beers were really hazy when using that yeast. I always use malted wheat, think I should try flaked wheat too

Went to one of my favourite pubs tonight,The Bath Arms. Cracking food and a couple pints of cask. A Butcombe bitter and a west coast Ipa, not sure who brewed that one but tasted nice

The last of my Admiral IPA, dating back to February. Still pretty good. I was pleased with it, but probably wouldn't brew it again; not really my favourite style of beer.
