G30 Boil-Off

Hi, I've bought the new hop plate for my old Grainfather G30 V2 and I recall one of the Malt Miller videos on it referencing that there's a much more vigorous boil using it. I currently have a 2.5 litre/hr boil off rate on my G30 equipment profile, and I know I'll have to dial it in myself fully, but has anyone a good starting point for where the new V3 version tends to be at for boil off per hour? The likes of the Brewzilla 35 Gen 4 is up around 4 litres/hr. Thanks.

I have the hop plate/false bottom in my G30 (V2). I find the boil power way to high, so turn the power down to about 70%.
