After managing to stay on 0% Brewdog at a neighbour's gathering here in Wales this AG bitter of mine is disappearing

too quickly and if I remember correctly the original contents of the bottle weren't bad either!

These are my favourite days. Few drinks in the garden, just me and hubby.

Barbecue has gone west so we’ve bought a disposable one for now. Music on Bluetooth coming through a reel from the garage.

Got the doggy grandbaby here as well to keep Sweeney company, as the son and partner are in Barcelona.

Having an Aperol and Asti cocktail, with ice and orange slices. Happy days!

It's been a long week, finally getting on it.
It took nearly as long to post this due to the stupid data preferences pop up every 2 minutes.
This is really nice. Nice to have a neipa with different hops

I think this is me done with the forum. Will pop in now and again to see if the pop ups have gone but I can't use the site like it is. See you on the other side, or the other forum if you frequent there.

I've had 4 kids under the age of 8 since 0930 this morning on my own, 2 of them not mine so I thought I'd open this up. A mate gave it to me a few months ago and I've not had it as I thought it would taste of special brew. It's actually not bad! View attachment 69422
Pretty good some of those Polish beers. Spent a few happy football matches* getting hammered on Tyskie, Lech and one with loads of Zs and Ws in.

*Spectating, not playing.

I’m off tomorrow so I can have a proper glass of Pliny The Melter. It’s definitely a grown ups drink and I’m loving it. Massive hop aroma. No alcohol heat at all, the mouthfeel is full and maybe even a little creamy. I’ll definitely brew this one again.

The one you gave me is carbonating nicely and will be enjoyed after the holiday next week.

Well I bought this on advice based on the what country makes the best beer thread. Wow I have to say I am very impressed with it. I thought it was 6.5% and was stunned by how rich it was. Apparently I misread and it is 9.5%. Highly recommend this one, I may even prefer the neutralness of the yeast and the restrained roastiness compared to other rich stouts and porters.
