Aurora and Saaz Saison 5%

This has had three weeks to condition and carbonate and is rather nice if I do say so myself, my level of carbonation is probably below what it should be for the style but is high enough for my taste.

At the risk of being driven off the forum by an angry mob I actually quite like Coors (and similar American light larger’s) but only when it gets above 30°C or so.

Lol. They smell like gone off p1ss to me and his breath always smells like sick the next day when he’s had lager, so if he wants a kiss he can do one!

The selection in here however, is dire.

What recipe did you go with

Brew day write up is here. I toyed with swapping out the CaraMunich II for Munich II after watching the Vinnie Cilurzo interview on YouTube, but stuck with the original published recipe in the end.

Erdinger time. I spent the afternoon watching my daughter throw stuff at the Ulster Schools athletic finals, I have been fantasising about it since around half two.

Dark Mild. The keg is feeling very light now. On the bright side it gives me a chance to brew an even better batch.

Mrs is out with girls tonight so I'm kids duites. Decided to bring the brew gear into the kitchen. Mash is on for Nelson/Citra pale.
First sample of the bottle conditioned half of my Witbier batch. Better looking than the keg half with the yeast mixed back in and feels smoother too.

The first tonight is a Sorachi Ace Saison. A bottle swap with @jceg316

Pretty sure I've had one of these from another forum member and this is very similar. No disrespect intended, just saying it seems to be right for the style. I'll stop digging now.

Anyway, it's lovely and refreshing.
