Moved up to a Dunkel I got in an artisan type bakery today. Brewed in London surprisingly, really good too.

Yeah it certainly is. I did like it but preferred the cloudwater IPA overall tonight

Bought commercial beers today to try and leave the kegs to condition but it's all done, so...Back onto the home brew. Porter and Hoppy IPA that will now forever been known as Thrice as Nice as I couldn't come to with anything better !! Well try and leave the IPA to clear although the colour is due to using crystal and not oxidation (hopefully )

Tripel bottled up so moving on to this now. It's a bit young so it hasn't got the full flavour. Bottled November 21. Still nice

My Irish Red is ready to drink and it came out really good. Very nice drinkable beer.

First try of my ernest and bramling x pale, a little young, 3 weeks in bottle but it has a lovely bramling x aroma and a citrusy flavour, probably from the ernest, not as pronounced as its american counterparts but very nice nonetheless.

Raising a glass to Warnie tonight, loved a beer himself, a larrikin and one of the best cricketers of our life time. A would be footballer in his early days (Aussie Rules) thank God he was the wrong shape. 'Cheers Warnie'.

The beer is my Golden Bitter.
