I’m now having a drop of the husbands butter IPA!

In all seriousness it’s very nice, much better than mine. And I honestly don’t mind the flavour like it is.

Is it possible to remove diacetyl once fermented to salvage the batch, likeduring carbonation, or could you put it back into a FV and add more dextrose and a yeast starter and give it a few days again?

Diacetyl can fade over time in theory and you can certainly add more yeast during fermentation but I’ve not found the former and not tried the latter. 🤷‍♂️
