I’m sorry to say that was me in a former life. I used to be in the RAF and part of our outfit was a set of clothes for warmer temperatures that looked very much like the American GI uniform worn by Elvis Presley in many of his films. I wore it to night clubs in the late 70’s/ early 80’s - so successful!

The secret as you well know is to brew regularly. It allows you to let the beer age. Before I used to brew one style at a time. Drink it and brew again, this meant the beer never stood a chance to hit its peak.

@foxbat 'fuggle duck' this is a bloody good bitter, I tweaked the recipe a touch to make it slightly stronger but I would recommend it highly.

Started off with a stein of my accidental dubbel. This was overcarbed and almost undrinkable 2 months ago, but I released the pressure from the bottles and tucked them away and now they're lovely. The aftertaste is the best bit and keeps you drinking to chase the flavour. A bit dangerous at 7% in 660ml bottles!

Forum choccy stout..with the weather warming up a bit the keg has started behaving and has poured a nice pint.
It's smooth, toasty and has a nice dark/bitter finish...

Another Saison! I’ve just heard from DPD after 10 days clearing customs my parcel from THBC will be delivered on Monday - yay!
