Nouvelle No.2, my 8.1% Belgian Golden Strong.

Banana, bubble gum and spicey flavours from the Saaz hops make this one a bit too easy to drink for its strength, hence the small glasses!

I guess I got the trick can because this went everywhere! Definitely infected, but in a good way.... It tastes like a cross between a DIPA and a Saison!

Just an IPA I prepared earlier. Two weeks again it was bottled, so this is (another) tester to make sure it’s gone ok. I can report that it has gone very well. Just need to chill the rest of the batch and come to it as and when.

Having a Summer Breeze while preparing to keg my latest batch of Belgian Tripel and preparing the water & grist for tomorrow’s brew (Summer Breeze ).

morrisons were unable to deliver my online order today due to the heavy snow and it may well have contained certain quaffable liquids.
the cupboards (and keg) aren't bare however so it's a wee hazy jane after clocking off from a rather trying shift.
