One from last night. Very good too. Would love to go back to Munich at some point. Any city that runs on beer and sausages feels like home 
Last night was messy...my mate rocked up with a big bag of Brew dog,Brew York,Vocation amongst others plus a good few samples of my brews and I made a very acceptable Rogan Josh.

I had a few beers from these guys last time I was in Tenerife and they were good. Not sure how readily available they are though. We were in Santa CruzAfter over a week of drinking the Tenerife lagers, heartburn has finally made me put my had in my pocket and buy the only imported overpriced ale they have to offer,,, rock and a hard placeView attachment 56259

So we couldn’t afford to brew beer this month apart from a small experimental batch of a smash. This is just Maris otter and citra, with verdant ipa yeast. We are foxed as to where the haziness has come from though. It has been cold crashed and fined with gelatine, but still has this opaque colour. So weird! It was this colour before the finings went in so it wasn’t caused by the gelatine. It tastes nice though so no worries.

How much citra is in it ?
it was a 10L batch - it has 10g in the boil, 30g in the whirlpool and 70g in the dry hop. supposedly about 36 IBU's
Il keep my eye out.. I’m in Las America’s, more tattoos brits on the piss u can shake a chav stick at !

Could be hop haze from the dry hop. Looks the part anyway

It’s a good yeast as well. Used it a few times. Can be slow to finish though

First try of my AG Mango IPA. Bit of chill haze but good mango flavour and aroma from the Azacca hops, plus the litre of mango juice I chucked into the FV!
Bit of gardening this morning, took my wife to the sea-side this afternoon where she had ice-cream on the sea front and I had real ale in the Firkin Frog. Home now and having a pint of my English Pale Ale.
Seeing off the last of the Erdinger while stocking up from Get er Brewed.
Irish Ale, San Diego Super and Munich Lager yeasts all in stock at the same time! Took the opportunity to stock up on some grains as well. Good job they don’t sell SS Brew Buckets or it could have got expensive
The yeast selection has helped organise the brew queue for the next six weeks.
