I had this on holidays I enjoyed it. Just remembered I never posted about it. I am not a massive lager fan, the hops added a nice flavour. Not as dry as a typical lager either, what hops did you use

No worries, it was waimea (sp), it isn't as hoppy as I'd like, I liquored back to get it to 4.5% and diluted the hop flavour too I think. 5% would have been ideal I reckon.

Coconut stout is great, cant believe how well its turned out. Tastes like a bounty. No head whatsoever though unfortunately. I planned to have them tonight but forgot to stick em in the fridge.

That happened on my first attempted as well, the oil killed the head. Its a hard beer to get right. Mine lost its flavour very quickly as well

I'm doing an english pale next, thts the sort of colour I'm going for, do you use crystal?

A rare foray to the pub...TT Landlord, Big Hand Appaloosa..a cask APA..different but very good and One of H's favs...Tiny Rebel Clwb..on tap...and a great big beef burgler...back at the ranch now quaffing a rare selection of my finest! Don't think I'll be up late as it was Chester zoo today....busy as hell!!

Bluestone Brewery Bedrock Blonde. Spotted in a shop today so picked up a couple of Bluestone beers as heard good things. Not bad at all.

Tropical stout from @matt76 , now I've had one before, but quite a long time ago... the hops have faded a bit but still leaves that solid malty backbone and a piney finish. It's a sipper and an absolute pleasure to drink whilst sat outside watching the stars come out.

Hi Clint we were at chester zoo on tuesday and like you it was rammed really busy but a good day our grand daughter loved it

Cracked the 1/2 keg of the Elusive coffee porter clone, has been conditioning for a little over a month and tastes pretty good, a bit more time needed to smooth out some of the coffee. Also have a dozen bottles of it I'm saving for Christmas if I can.

I’m starting with a pint of my mild. It’s only a few days old and is obviously conditioning but I think it tasted better the day I pulled it from the fermenter! Here’s hoping it comes good by next weekend

Going to need a gas manifold to differ the carb levels as its definitely under gassed, but I don't like it too sparkling anyway.
