I was just having a kiwi pale ale v2, which isn't as good as v1 I dont think, it could do with being a touch stronger I think, but its quaffable in warm weather.
Yeah be interested to see it. Liked the combo and the way it came across in the beer.Glad you like it dave, it's probably my best pale ale, which to be fair isn't saying a lot. Hops are simcoe and cascade, I'll dig up the recipe later if you want.
I’m starting tonight with a Summer Breeze. I haven’t had one of these for a few days so it’s long overdue

It looks lovely Lisa, what are you concerned about?Looks lovely as usual.
I am hoping at some point I can join in the beer swaps with you all, but I think I might need more experience first to get my techniques right.
Wine no problem, beer, could do better lol. My latest one. Still not confident about it.

Get stuck in! I’ve learned more from the feedback from other members than anywhere else. Sending out ones that aren’t quite right is a great short cut to nailing a recipe. Also consider entering a few comps for some more critical feedback.Looks lovely as usual.

I think you should as @Alastair70 suggested. Also consider entering the competitions, again you’ll get feedback. Thanks Alistair. I do suffer with lack of confidence so I’ll reconsider.
Expect only positive feedback from friendly swaps. Knowing what went well with a brew and what to think about next time is the best confidence boosterThanks Alistair. I do suffer with lack of confidence so I’ll reconsider.
On to my English Pale with First Gold/EKG

I had this on holidays I enjoyed it. Just remembered I never posted about it. I am not a massive lager fan, the hops added a nice flavour. Not as dry as a typical lager either, what hops did you useI was just having a kiwi pale ale v2, which isn't as good as v1 I dont think, it could do with being a touch stronger I think, but its quaffable in warm weather.View attachment 53344
