Landlord.
Just poured a bottle of my all grain Yorkshire Bitter though the Coor"s glass is not the best fit!
Quare day for the port.Having a can of Kinnegar Rust Bucket at Harry’s Shack, Portstewart while waiting for my lobster to arrive.
It’s a long crawl up the promenade.
£5.50 for the beer, the lobster was considerably more! Back in Castlerock having a beer outside. The view of Inishowen Head is actually quite clear, just not in the photo.Quare day for the port.
What are they charging for a can in Harry’s ? Good Donegal people that that will know how to charge (never mind the lobster !!)

My latest version is with the Lallemand Verdant...its smells super fruity but is still carbonation. First try will probably be next week or maybe later.Started with a 3c, thanks for sharing the recipe @Clint I'm enjoying it.
Then onto a Pilsner whilst messing on the guitar

I’m starting with my English Bitter again It’s so easy to make, is ready to drink in days, and is nice.

@Hazelwood Brewery is there a link to recipe? I am due a brew day and need an everyday bitter. My last few bitters have been not quite there. Figure might as well try yours if I have most of the ingredients in.
Called into local brewery to pick up some grain and got these. Will keep them for Friday as I’m working
