Just poured a bottle of my all grain Yorkshire Bitter though the Coor"s glass is not the best fit!

Another day, another DEYA from the case. Into the Haze IPA. Citra Simcoe. 6.2%

Not quite as impressive as yesterday's sunshine but a fine accompaniment to the crossword before I have to light the barbecue. It's a hard life on holiday. I'll worry about next week when it gets here.

Quare day for the port.
What are they charging for a can in Harry’s ? Good Donegal people that that will know how to charge (never mind the lobster !!)
£5.50 for the beer, the lobster was considerably more! Back in Castlerock having a beer outside. The view of Inishowen Head is actually quite clear, just not in the photo.

Hi Clint Thanks for sharing, will give this a go this week, is the Sulphate 170/ chloride 100 or Sulphate 70 / chloride 100? Cheers

Sulphate 170,chloride 100. Number 5 I tried swapping the yeast out for Liberty Bell (I think!) will check later, but I prefer it with the Notty.

Started with a 3c, thanks for sharing the recipe @Clint I'm enjoying it.

Then onto a Pilsner whilst messing on the guitar

My latest version is with the Lallemand Verdant...its smells super fruity but is still carbonation. First try will probably be next week or maybe later.

Tonight something a bit different, I’m trying the mild I brewed for this months competition. It’s still young but is very nearly clear with just a little haze when held to the sun. The colour is red-tinged dark brown. Carbonation is soft but doing the job and gives a nice off-white head that seems happy to stick around as a thin film over the beer. The aroma and flavour are both pretty good I think and in keeping with milds the beer is neither bitter nor strong at 3.5%
