First look at my Endeavour/First Gold Golden Ale. It is passing muster after 2 and a bit weeks in bottle and should improve further. Very happy with the colour and clarity. Nicely carbed too. Quite sweet (is that the Golden Promise?) and the hops are present without being pushy and showing off too much. Easy drinking at 4.5%

Another bottle of Summer Breeze (made to the V1 recipe published by. Hazelwood, one change I made from when I made it previously was to up the priming sugar from 5g/L to 7.5G/L which I find cuts nicely through the sweetness provided by the Vienna. I bought grain for two batches so am thinking of swapping out the yeast (currently using Liberty Bell) for Voss Kveik.

Just in the door from our wee trip away and having a few bottles from the fridge before I hit the beer shed for a few good stouts. Probably going to endure a raised eyebrow for drinking tonight again but it is the weekend after all.
And in a new glass I got in ikea. 2 hrs of my life I will never get back I need to add.

Trying a first of some beer mail from @cushyno . This one is a Tribute clone, which it's been a long time since I have had Tribute so I can't really comment on how close it is to the real thing. It's got a nice maltiness to it, with a cask level of carbonation so the head disappeared fairly quickly. I let the beer warm up at bit and there is a earthy hop flavour.tasty easy drinking English Pale 🍺 thanks for sharing

Happy Friday everyone. Enjoying a nice Session IPA. On my own. Quiet house. For 10 minutes anyway. It’s bliss.

Is it a Tribute or a TT Landlord?

I'm glad you enjoyed the Timothy Taylor Landlord clone @dave_77 . I still think it's not quite ready yet, still a little fruitier than it should be, but it's getting there.
So my bottling technique from the keg probably needs a bit of practice, but I'm glad it wasn't too carbonated.

I think the Saison is a better beer.

This is a well deserved Summer Breeze after a day of insulating the brew-shed. It’s isn’t all done yet but it’s getting late and I’ve had enough for one day.
Cheers all acheers.

I will drink to that. Good shift put in today in the garden. Had a few Neipa to easy the way. Now on to my last bottle of doppelbock 👌
This won the monthly competition and I have to say it's really good. Definitely something I will brew again.
