First up..Tribute clone. Better picture with my new phone..
I am considering doing the same with 10 bottles of the latest Belgian table beer. I think you did something similar, just add it with a syringe before cappingYup got 3 bottles of Orval to get through this week
Yeah I put a couple of ml in each bottle. Worked a treat last time. £10 on beer and you get some Brett to use on the homebrew..good dealI am considering doing the same with 10 bottles of the latest Belgian table beer. I think you did something similar, just add it with a syringe before capping

I haven't tried that, probably their best offering is the horny bull stout.First up tonight, a West Coast IPA from a brewery thats about 15 miles from me and next door to GEB by the looks of things. First time I’ve had one from them.
Very citrusy aroma, flavour is all American hops on a biscuity malt backbone. Bittering levels are high and the finish is dry. I’m not getting any yeast flavours at all so guessing it’s a neutral US strain. Low to medium bodied in keeping with the lowish ABV.
It’s OK, but not fantastic. I prefer a bit more body and a more balanced bitterness/ABV.
