Just opened my first tropical IPA. This is the first IPA I have brewed and my first go at dry hopping. It's very slightly cloudy, no cold crash and no finings, but overall I am delighted with how this tastes.

I always leave a couple, I'd like to think it was to see the change in the beer over time but actually it's because I get bored easily and move on to the next. I have lots of odds and odds hanging around. Some get chucked away straight away, for example patersbeir does not age well.

Trying a pint of my saison. It’s clearing but still has a way to go. At this point the aroma is nice and the flavour is OK but I’m not overly impressed. It is only three weeks conditioned though so another couple of weeks could make all the difference

Brewdog vs cloudwater New England IPA, very very nice.. only got a couple of cans as it’s £3 a tin- but well worth it, very citrusy

Mixed my MJ juicy session IPA with my AG doublehopped IPA and it's lovely. It's my third pint and I fear that there's not much more in the Corny of either Luckily I have 2 FV's cold crashing.

Worcester Hop Shop Fullers ESB, good all grain kits, tried 2, the Hobgoblin & ESB both kits came out lighter than the original beer, but on a plus they came with leaf hops.. great stuff, all gone now.

I’ve decided it’s time to enjoy an oak-aged Imperial stout.

Going to try and do that with my recent brews, I am ahead now having brewed nearly 70 litres over the past week, should give me some clear time to brew some strong brews, a wee heavy and a belgian dark strong beer, both for winter this year and winter next

Yep a strong dark belgian is one of my next efforts, a wee heavy sounds like a good'n though, may look into that.

Yes wanted to go further north abv wise than McEwans Champion, so maybe 8.5 upwards, Don't have a open fire for winter, but this might help.
