Another collaboration, this one with both salt beer factory and North brewing. A very drinkable 6% IPA.

Back to the present. Day 21. Nitro version of this porter. Still got a lovely roasty flavour and the Nitro gives it a hint of cream and velvet mouth feel.

Trying my Belgian Tripel. It has become more sweet and less alcoholic since the last time I tried it. It’s really interesting how it’s changing, I can’t wait to see how it changes in another week. Despite not tasting as alcoholic my head can confirm it’s every bit as potent!

Tried my salted caramel Christmas porter brewed in September. Definitely the best AG beer I've brewed so far. Annoyingly, I only brewed 6L as it was my first porter and I didn't want to waste ingredients on something that might be rubbish. Definitely going to repeat for next year but a bigger batch!

And a brief foray into the past... This was behind yesterday's door. I like the flavour profile of Sirens flagship stout, this is my first experience of the Nitro version and the mouth feel and head retention is vastly improved. The sweet notes of this breakfast stout are also further highlighted.​

Next up a beer from De La Senne that I have wanted to try for a while. This Brett Pale Ale is nice a dry like most of their other beers but a really nice fruity Brett character

Brewdog...tripel Hazy badboy..9.5%. needs some cheese and biscuits to balance the odds a little...I fall asleep in front of the TV at the best of times..

Yes exactly, we played well enough but missing Antonios pace against the better teams.

No Hazy oxidation issues, still looking the business tasting good? Did you use oats? I have never brewed a proper intentional hazy.

I have been to a few Liverpool Vs West ham game's at Anfield. I seen Antonio he's is a brute of a man. I wouldn't want to fall out with him

It's not my favourite style if I am honest. More of a challenge to see if I could brew one. I much prefer a proper IPA with a nice bit of malt backbone
