So, breaking all the rules of advent calendars now... This was behind door 22.
Another collaboration, this one with both salt beer factory and North brewing. A very drinkable 6% IPA.

Tried my salted caramel Christmas porter brewed in September. Definitely the best AG beer I've brewed so far. Annoyingly, I only brewed 6L as it was my first porter and I didn't want to waste ingredients on something that might be rubbish. Definitely going to repeat for next year but a bigger batch!

And a brief foray into the past... This was behind yesterday's door. I like the flavour profile of Sirens flagship stout, this is my first experience of the Nitro version and the mouth feel and head retention is vastly improved. The sweet notes of this breakfast stout are also further highlighted._20201221_194352.JPG_20201221_194246.JPG

No Hazy oxidation issues, still looking the business 👍🏼 tasting good? Did you use oats? I have never brewed a proper intentional hazy.
It's not my favourite style if I am honest. More of a challenge to see if I could brew one. I much prefer a proper IPA with a nice bit of malt backbone
