I'm really trying to stick to my one per night policy, so I'm having this alcohol free (and oddly very over carbed) Nanny State. It's an unusual one because it starts off nicely hoppy but the flavour vanishes almost to nothing immediately. It's like sparkling water with a few cascade pellets stirred into it. Still better than several session IPAs I've had.

Another Pale ale in my advent calendar, this time a session NEIPA at 4.5%.
It is nice despite the uninspiring can design. It’s not quite bursting with fruity hoppy aromas and flavours as you might expect from a NEIPA but that’s OK and the soft smooth mouthfeel and moderate bitterness suit me fine.

I'm drinking a Saison which is my second attempt and much better than the first. ABV 6.2% very clear but under carbed. Still it tastes nice. Think I'll call it Football Saison because I need to drink something to watch United tonight.

just out of curiosity. haven't felt the need to repeat the experience.
next batch will be a stout of some variety though. it feels like the weather for it.

Door №8 some German brewery I've not heard of but it's rather nice.... 6.9% sweet ripened tropical fruits and sticky pine sap with a nice bitterness after

My door 8 is also continental (french) - a really beautifully balanced, easy drinking 6.8% DDH IPA from Prizm.
Really enjoying this one.

First beer of the night is a Czech Pilsner from @Hazelwood Brewery. Good job, this is going down nicely. Well carbonated and very refreshing. It's actually clearer than the picture shows, glass has misted up. Spicy/floral aroma and almost lemony flavour. :small
