I am not sure to be honest, there is not any strong coconut yet. I used about 12% roasted malts so its still a bit acrid. I will pay more attention on the next bottle. I might also do a single hop beer with sabro to get a good sense of what it adds.Are you getting anything from the sabro hops

Ohhhh,sounds greatThis fantastic IPA from Great South Bay with tons of resinous, piney hops. So good.
