No not brewed it...
I'm drinking a brown ale from @Hazelwood Brewery . Very nice and malty. You did say what hops you used...English?View attachment 29965
Ohh , it was very tasty & crystal clear but have to say I didn't pick up those hops. Just kegged my American Brown,. Should be ready in a week or so.Not really!
Simcoe, Mosaic, Vic secret. It was a bit of an experiment and I liked it.
...it was also dry hopped.
Really nice. Verdant at their bestWhat's that like

Ditto. And the beer selection is ****. Was never a problem back in the day because the Guinness was so good. Not anymore. Had a pint the other day and it was ice cold. Wasn't until I got near the bottom before I could actually taste something. And what I tasted was distinctly average. But that's Guinness all over these days.Ah right, I don't really know Dunmurry at all. I'm sure it's better than Larne for bars though, there's probably only one pub here that I would actually drink in.
I've had Mary Lou a few times, it's a fantastic beerView attachment 29961
Verdant Marylou
That sounds good. I used to like Shipyard in the Porterhouse in Westbourne. Are you sharing the recipe or have you already posted it? I'm sure it's fermented with Ringwood, but the rest........!My Shipyard APA first bottle not bad 5 weeks since bottling so need longer to condition.
I had some too. I did a Bottle swap with him on Friday. 6% it was coming in at.I had that last night View attachment 29914
Mango IPA, never had anything like it. A friend made it. Not for me it was like a smoothie
What did you think of it. I had one of your extract beers then as well.I had some too. I did a Bottle swap with him on Friday. 6% it was coming in at.
Stressful few days resulting in my resignation being fired off this morning. Time for a Verdant followed by some of my Dubbel brewed to @strange-steve ’s recipe
