Ultrasonic beer enhancer

I was browsing for an all in one system and an ultrasonic beer tap product popped up. Reminds me of quackery. An alternative is to ask Mariah Carey to scream into your fermenter ?

If I remember correctly, they certainly did improve the beer. Not sure you can buy the specific cans now. I presume they were just low carbonated versions of the same.
