Cheers it cheered me up after racking batch carbing sterilising 80 bottles (must get a tree). Bottling and capping. Then cleaning all gear I went up stables saw 200 plus bottles of stock quite rewarding. Should at last be able to allow my brews of all types to condition

wow don't know how you manage without a tree ! I couldn't do without one ?

impressive stock ☺

Was that your raspberry TC you bottled ?

An older batch not the one with new yeast but it has all but stopped fermenting. Should of I get time and have the will power rack carb and bottle tomorrow the new batch. I'm a sucker for it got another 19 l Apple juice today. I'm wondering if Apple and pear might be nice. Anyone seen pear juice for decent price?

Haha I'm dying to get home and get sorted , got plenty of ideas to try some recipes lol and I've got a friends house warming that I need to stock up for [emoji23]

Share the ideas. Nothing's out of the question what about Apple and black currant barley water boiled then mixed with 5l Apple
juice. Then primed with syrup. Should work

I'll be adding all the usuals in too mug a strong tea , pectalose

The strawberry and lime one I'll heat up 500ml of AJ and slice and squeeze the limes to get juice out and just simmer the slices in juice then once kool crack on with it [emoji106] never know it might be good [emoji23]
