How longs it been on what is sg now. How long between bubbles now. I've had a brew of mine slow because heating had been off for half a day and temp slowed. Once warmed up it started to bubble faster
 
TC been on since 23-11-15
Temp 23
S,g 1060
Little spurt off bubbles about 2 minutes apart
22 litres
Not opened it up to check gravity yet
 
Sorry for that, I meant adding wine stabiliser to kill the yeast and move on to degassing and clearing, I don't batch prime.

I take gravity but I'm a newbie. Plus I taste it. Lol good excuse.
But it's likely done if so rack then bottle. I have done three lots and have had best results batch carbing. Are you using syrup

I'm no expert Chippy but thought o should jump in. I have posted in wrong thread and only been on here a month
 
No syrup
I'am going to carb with about 6 g off sugar per bottle
With half the batch flavoured with one cup off dark rum with 3 cinnamon sticks plus cloves

Does anyone know what the bubbles are in that video of apparently clean demijohn.

Cqr are you going to mix the quantity in boiling water aloe to cool then add before bottling. My first batch I had some fuzzy some not by putting it into bottles direct
 
I was going put sugar in bottles, but I think I will batch prime then :thumb:
