yeh I have loads of starsan bubbles in my bottles when I'm bottling. .. gave up trying to rinse them right out.. doesn't do any harm that I can tell 😃😃😃

My TC appears to be finished at FG 1004
Tastes a little sharp but not to dry

Hi cqr mine was also it's not the dryness it's that sharp taste I'm trying to lose. I'm hoping that s small amount of canderel will take that edge off it without making sweet. We will see

Ok gang. That yeast makes a huge difference haven't added raps syrup yet but the test is much improved. Not sharp but not sweet mind that's in a 25l brew. The whole pack in anything less might be different. I did ferment until no bubbles as was worried about sweetness. Great news so far let's see what it tastes like with syrup. Now how much for 25l.

I Use it, lots of bubbles in a demijohn lol
I just tern a blind eye
I even use it on my hands before I start a brew

Good news magpie [emoji108]🏼[emoji108]🏼

I've your aiming for 6g as you did last time I work it out like this

25000ml / 500ml (bottles)

= 50 bottles

50 x 6g = 300ml of syrup

Give or take a bottle for what you leave on the sediment

Should give you good fizz

I think [emoji849]

Do you know what the sweetener is?

Think I might bottle 10l as just Apple. So 5g per bottle
Which will lead 30 bottles rasp. So maybe circa 160m
