Ok it's in working order and ready to go
I just need to hard wire the HLT switch in
There were a couple of leaks when I ran it at temperature but it's better to find them now than during a brew :)
Here it is

I'll be doing a 60L trial run of cooking bitter tomorrow afternoon

Top post, enjoyed reading it and look forward to updates. Being a newbie to AG I can't stop getting ideas when I read posts like these and my brain is beginning to hurt a bit now. Might need to go and lie down a while.

One question... is the plate/strainer still with us?
