Can I replace torrefied wheat with wheat malt? If so, is it just a straight substitution, gram for gram? What difference will it make to the finished beer?

Torrified wheat is the food of the devil

Unless you like shreddies

I was given a couple of KG. I thought I would use it up in my granary style bread with extra added malt extract, but no it is the devils food even in bread.

Wheat Malt is the only salvation for Northernness.
