So far I’m getting :

- darker higher abv more complex beers need much longer than 2.
- very hoppy beers 2+

I’ll put this to the test as I’ve got a hoppy pale ale ready for bottling tomorrow so will do a first taste test in 2 weeks.

GH Tin Miner is now two weeks in so may have an in the interest of science taste later.

tomorrow I am brewing a 3.4% SMASH with simcoe hops. It will be drinkable after 2 weeks in bottle ie in 21 days time. At its peak a week later, gone in 2 further weeks. This style, lowish alcohol and tons of hops needs drinking quick................

Two weeks in. Very biscuity and nice. Carbonation not too bad.
